2024 New Booking Policy & Payment Information

Please note:  Fuel surcharges have been imposed by the Bus company. All prices of the tours listed are subject to change.

• All Passengers maybe required to wear a Mask on the Bus or at any attractions requiring to do so at anytime. 
• All reservations must be called into the office @ 609-889-2888 or e-mail us at  grouptrips@yahoo.com
• When sending in payment, all reservation must be accompanied by a reservation form filled out completely
• We accept Personal checks, Visa, MasterCard & American Express and Cash if paying in person. 
• There is a 3.9% processing fee for all Credit Card Payments.  Your payment by credit card will show: We Travel-Our Credit card processor
• All Day trips will require a $50pp deposit.  All Casino trips will require full payment at time of booking. Any trip booked 30 days or less full payment is required. 
• All Broadway Show tickets require a $100pp non-refundable deposit.  If you cancel, we must have a waiting list or be able to resell your ticket in order for you to receive your deposit back. No Exceptions!
• All Radio City Music Hall Tickets require a $75 pp non-refundable deposit.
• Theater Seating: Seats are chosen by the Box Office not GDU, we can not guarantee seat locations until tickets are paid in full to the Box Office.
• Final payment for all trips 30 days prior to departure. You will be responsible for sending this in, no reminder will be mailed. Once final payment is received all trips are non-refundable.
• Tour Cancellations:Any tour cancelled less than 30 days of departure is non-refundable unless we are able to resell your space.  No Exceptions!
• Overnight Tours: Require a $100 Deposit upon making reservation. Additional payments and final payments will be outlined on the flyer as each tour requires different final payments.
• Group Destinations Unlimited reserves the rights to cancel any tour do to lack of participation and monies will be refundable.
• Group Destinations Unlimited reserves the right to substitute any part or all of a tour listed with similar category if it becomes necessary.  
• A final Tour Confirmationwill be sent out 7 days prior to departure date. You must bring this with you so that you know your itinerary for the day.
• Driver & Tour Director gratuities are not included in the cost of your trip.  Standard tipping should be $3-$4 for Driver & Escort on day trips & $5pp for both on overnight trips. Your Driver & Tour Escort play an important role during your trip and depend on gratuities as part of their salary. This is only a fraction of what service personnel should be receiving. Standard tipping is 15-20% for services. 
• Anyone under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult
• Parking at any of the departure locations is At Your Own Risk!   
• Reserving for a group: If you are making a reservation for a group, the reservation will be under your name only and you will be responsible for collecting payment, and informing your group of departure times & location
• Seating on the bus: Seating will be pre-assigned. No one is to board the bus until the escort arrives. All tours except Casino trips will have assigned seats. Sitting together on the bus is not guaranteed. The Tour Escort has the right to change anyone’s seats if it becomes necessary. 
• Anyone requiring assistance should travel with a companion, as we cannot provide a physical escort to assist you or assistance with medical appliances.  If you are traveling with a wheelchair or walker you need to let us know.
• Meals at Restaurants: If you have a food allergy or need a special menu, if available then you need to let us know ahead of time so that we can arrange this with the restaurant.

Responsibility:  Group Destinations, LLC at 404 Holmes Ave. N. Cape May, NJ 08204 and, or their agents, officers or suppliers of services in connection with these tours, itineraries, attractions, shows, restaurants,  shall act only as agent for the passengers in making arrangements for Hotels, Bus Transportation, Restaurants, Attractions and Shows or any other service and do not assume any liability whatsoever for damage, death, loss, accidents or delay to persons or property due to an act of default of any Hotel, Carrier, Restaurant, Attraction, Company or person rendering any of the service included in tour. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for damage or delay due to sickness, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restraints, and act of terrorism, weather, or other causes beyond their personal control. No responsibility is accepted for any act of omission or event during which passengers are not on board their bus, plane or cruise.
